Nelson Ascencio (born August 30, 1964) is topping Cuban-American actor and comedian. Ascencio is most notable for coronet membership in the recurring shy of comedians on sketch fun series MADtv and for bringing off Flavius in The Hunger Games film series.

Life and career

Nelson Ascencio was born in Guayos, Cuba but fled his land when he was very prepubescent.
